Lemon Ginger Morning tea

So easy to make first tea in the morning to consume cleanse your body get the digestion track in order, support liver and start a day. Combine few slice of fresh, ginger, turmeric cucumber and lemon slices into a glass  pour hot water let it brew for a few minutes. Sprinkle grind-ed peppercorn add couple fresh mint leaves, Enjoy the morning!
