Chocolate layered Almond meal cake

Ingredients:
Chocolate Syrup

 1/2 C dark chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 C milk
Batter
1/4 C raw sugar
4 eggs
1/4 C melted butter
1/2 C olive oil ( or canola oil)
3/4 C mineral water
1 tsp. liquid vanilla
2 C almond meal
2 Tbsp unbleached flour
2 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1/3 C crunched walnut
 
Making:
 In a small bowl melt chocolate chips, in milk and butter.
Set a side
Separate eggs from yolks
Whip 3 eggs yolk and sugar in a bowl until mixture gets creamy
Add 1/4 C olive oil and 2 Tbsp.  (Room temperature) butter
Whip it once
Add 3/4 C warm water and vanilla mix once
Whip the eggs whites until it becomes foamy
Add into egg mixture mix gently by folding
Place the strainer on the bowl put 1 1/2 C almond meals, 1/2 C gluten free flour and baking powder
Sift through into the egg mixture fold in gently
Add 2/3 C crunched walnut
Mix the whole batter one last time
Set the oven 350 F (180C)
Place a piece of cooking sheet at the bottom of the cake mold
Pour 1/3 of the cake batter into the cake mold
Spread 1/3 of the chocolate syrup on the batter
Repeat the process pouring next 1/3 of the batter on the chocolate syrup
Continue spreading 1 /3 of the chocolate syrup
Pour the remaining 1/3 of the batter
Finally pour the remaining chocolate syrup
Sprinkle remaining 1/3 C walnut on the cake
Bake 35 minutes.
