Chia Seed pudding

Chia seeds are being consumed more and more because of better understanding of its health benefits.
Contains fiber, high in protein and low in Cal. Chia seeds are one of the best ingredients for pudding, breakfast yogurt muesli, salads, smoothies and more. If you rest chia seeds in liquid for some time, it absorbs almost ten times of its weight and turns into gelatinous texture. Hence we can make starch free excellent pudding.
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp chia seed
1 ½ tbsp. honey
1/2 C milk
1/2 C water
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1Tbsp. collagen powder
5-6 halved strawberry
1/2 Tbsp. flax seed
2Tbsp. Granola (mixed with dried fruit)
Making:
This recipe is for one person. Thus, we can combine first 6 ingredients in one serving bowl or in a glass mix gently and well. Cover the container and rest in the fridge at least 2 hrs. top with flax seed or flax seed meal, garnish with strawberry and granola.
